Job summary

Tansh International is seeking an Import Export Specialist for its on-site team in Baddi. You will manage end-to-end import and export operations, prepare shipping and customs docs, and coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with internal teams. Prior ERP experience is advantageous.

Role Description The Import Export Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Baddi, responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves tracking shipments, resolving logistics issues, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing processes for cost-effective and timely delivery. The Import Export Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfillment, manage customer requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement in global trade workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of import, export, and import export procedures, with practical experience handling international shipments.
• Familiarity with customs brokerage processes and documentation; ability to coordinate effectively with customs authorities and service providers.
• Understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and trade compliance requirements.
