Job summary

Zoho is seeking an organized Import/Export Logistics professional to manage end-to-end movement of dental and healthcare products across international and domestic supply chains. You will handle documentation, coordination with freight forwarders and customs, and ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of international logistics, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in import/export logistics, preferably in e-commerce, medical devices, dental products, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare distribution.
• Good understanding of customs clearance, freight forwarding, international shipping, and import/export documentation.
• Hands-on experience with freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport partners.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, customs procedures, and international trade documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and basic ERP/logistics systems.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Indian import/export regulations and compliance requirements will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export shipments from order placement to final delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.
• Prepare and verify import/export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of entry, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates on shipment status, delays, and expected delivery dates.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, logistics costs, documentation, and customs transactions.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth movement of inventory.
• Monitor freight, customs, transportation, and other logistics-related costs.
• Ensure products are shipped and received according to agreed timelines and specifications.
• Handle shipment discrepancies, documentation issues, damages, delays, and other logistics exceptions.
• Support inventory planning by coordinating inbound shipments with warehouse requirements.
• Maintain and organize import/export records for audits and compliance purposes.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce delays, and optimize transportation costs.
