Qualifications

• 2–6 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in jewellery or retail and volume hiring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manpower Planning & Requisition Management: Coordinate with TA manager to understand workforce requirements; track approved positions and hiring progress.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and direct sourcing; build talent pipelines.
• Screening & Assessment: Screen resumes, shortlist candidates; conduct telephonic and virtual interviews; evaluate fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews; ensure smooth processes and timely feedback; maintain candidate communication.
• Offer Management & Joining: Prepare salary proposals; negotiate terms; drive offers and joining activities.
• Recruitment MIS & Analytics: Maintain trackers and dashboards; prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports.

The Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, offer closure, onboarding support, and hiring analytics. The role focuses on attracting quality talent while ensuring adherence to organizational hiring timelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manpower Planning & Requisition Management

• Coordinate with TA manager to understand workforce requirements.
• Review and validate job descriptions and hiring specifications.
• Track approved positions and recruitment progress.

2. Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and direct sourcing.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

3. Screening & Assessment

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

4. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure smooth interview processes and timely feedback collection.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the selection process.

5. Offer Management & Joining

• Prepare salary proposals
• Negotiate compensation and employment terms.
• Drive offer acceptance and reduce candidate dropouts.
• Coordinate pre-joining engagement activities.

6. Recruitment MIS & Analytics

• Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards.
