Job summary

Winfort is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter for Retail recruitment with 2–5 years of experience. The role focuses on end-to-end hiring, bulk recruitment for store-level positions, and close collaboration with Store/Area Managers to meet manpower needs.

Responsibilities include sourcing via multiple channels, screening, coordinating interviews, offers, and joining formalities, while maintaining trackers and recruitment MIS.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Retail recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing and bulk hiring experience.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and tight deadlines.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across multiple locations.
• Manage bulk hiring for Store Sales, Cashier, Customer Service, Store Manager & other retail roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, walk-ins & other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Work closely with Store Managers / Area Sales Managers for manpower requirements.
• Manage recruitment pipeline and ensure timely closures.
• Handle offer rollouts, documentation and joining follow-ups.
• Track offer acceptance, backouts, joining ratios & recruitment TAT.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring trackers.
• Drive walk-in interviews and bulk hiring drives.
