You will analyze HR data, support onboarding, and contribute to employee engagement while maintaining compliant HR processes.

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and analyze HR records and reports, including employee data, attendance, attrition, performance, and other HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee communication, and activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in employee relations and HR operations, addressing employee queries, coordinating with management, and ensuring HR policies and processes are followed effectively.
