Responsibilities

• Work with HR metrics to derive insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and performance; provide dashboards to leadership.
• Support the implementation of performance management processes, goal setting, and feedback frameworks.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a structured manner and ensure policy compliance.
• Support rollout of HR initiatives across the business such as engagement programs and leadership interventions.

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will work closely with Business Unit leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires someone who is analytical, business-oriented, and strong in stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering

• Partner closely with Business Unit Heads and functional leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.

2. People Connect & Employee Engagement

• Drive regular pulse connects, skip-level meetings, and employee engagement initiatives to understand team sentiment and improve workplace experience.
• Address employee concerns proactively and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.

3. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decisions

• Work with HR metrics and people data to derive insights on attrition, engagement, productivity, and performance.
• Provide dashboards and reports to leadership for informed decision-making.

4. Performance & Talent Management

• Support the implementation of performance management processes, goal setting, and feedback frameworks.
• Identify high-potential employees and support leadership development initiatives.

5. Employee Relations

• Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a structured and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain a positive work environment.

6. HR Programs & Initiatives

• Support rollout of HR initiatives across the business such as engagement programs, culture initiatives, and leadership interventions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in HRBP roles.
