Job summary

Digitide is seeking a Senior Executive - HR to design and implement innovative HR practices, foster a positive culture, and attract top talent. You will align recruitment with business goals and ensure a seamless employee experience.

You will lead the Talent Acquisition team, develop strategies, onboard/offboard employees, train staff, and ensure legal compliance while driving engagement and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 10+ years in HR with proven talent acquisition experience.
• Experience leading HR teams and recruitment initiatives.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
