Job summary

Digitide, a global provider of AI-led digital solutions, is seeking an Executive - HR to drive growth through effective talent acquisition. Your primary focus will be bulk and volume hiring for our BPO division, attracting and retaining top talent.

You will gain exposure to diverse recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and promote Digitide Solutions as an attractive workplace while ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for bulk and volume hiring.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for BPO roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates.
• Maintain a strong employer brand and promote Digitide Solutions as an attractive workplace.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial assessments and evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
