Job summary

Coffee Day Global is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor for Bengaluru to coordinate warehouse floor teams, ensure timely picking, packing and shipping, and monitor SLA adherence across order fulfilment, cancellations, returns.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years in e-commerce operations (marketplace or D2C preferred), strong Excel skills, and hands-on experience with floor/warehouse teams; exposure to WMS/OMS systems is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal email communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in floor/warehouse team handling.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Exposure to WMS/OMS systems.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse/floor teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Monitor SLA adherence for order fulfilment, cancellations, RTOs, and returns.
• Handle daily operational issues and resolve exceptions quickly.
• Supervise and manage floor/warehouse teams involved in e-commerce fulfilment.
• Allocate daily tasks, track productivity, and ensure operational discipline.
• Train and guide team members on SOPs, accuracy, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with process and quality standards.
• Maintain daily MIS reports on orders, dispatch, backlog, returns, and ageing.
• Analyze data using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) to identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Share daily/weekly performance reports with internal stakeholders.
• Manage professional email communication with internal teams, vendors, courier partners, and marketplaces.
• Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve order-related escalations.
• Follow up proactively with stakeholders to ensure closure of open issues.
