Job summary

TATA 1 MG in Gurugram invites a Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across platforms like Flipkart and Amazon. You will oversee inventory planning, order fulfillment coordination, and performance tracking to ensure timely deliveries.

You will collaborate with warehousing, logistics, and vendors, monitor stock levels, and drive process improvements while preparing MIS reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with Flipkart and/or Amazon supply chains.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, and order lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain operations for e-commerce channels including Flipkart and Amazon etc
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment planning to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory
• Coordinate with warehousing, logistics, and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch
• Track and analyze sales, inventory, fill rate, DOH, and service level KPIs
• Handle platform-specific operations such as PO processing, GRN tracking, returns, and reconciliation
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal stakeholders
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, planning) for smooth operations
• Support expansion of e-commerce channels and new business initiatives

Position: Supply Chain Executive E-commerce Operations

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations for key e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon etc. This includes inventory planning, order fulfillment coordination, performance tracking.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain operations for e-commerce channels including Flipkart and Amazon etc
