Role Overview

• We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).
• The role involves end-to-end marketplace operations, performance tracking, promotions, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon & Flipkart (listing, pricing, inventory, order processing).
• Handle quick commerce platforms Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart including onboarding, catalog uploads, and stock planning.
• Ensure accurate product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).

Sales & Growth

• Plan and execute promotions, deals, and campaigns on marketplaces.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Coordinate with platform account managers for growth opportunities.

Inventory & Supply Chain

• Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability across platforms.
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to avoid OOS and overstocking.
• Forecast demand during sales events and peak periods.

Marketing & Visibility

• Manage Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads (basic understanding and execution).
• Optimize listings using SEO best practices for marketplaces.
• Analyze competitor pricing, offers, and assortment.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
• Track key metrics: GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, buy box, fill rate.
• Share actionable insights with internal teams.

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure platform compliance, SLA adherence, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with finance for reconciliation, claims, and payouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central
• Working knowledge of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart operations
• Strong understanding of catalog management, pricing, promotions
• Good analytical and Excel skills
