Job summary

Kwality Foods is seeking a Senior E-commerce Executive to manage end-to-end marketplace operations and drive business growth across multiple platforms from Bengaluru. You will own seller accounts, optimize catalogs, monitor inventory, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

You will also lead promotions, monitor performance metrics, and maintain compliance with policies while mentoring junior team members. Strong Excel and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage seller accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other platforms.
• Lead catalog creation, optimization, and hygiene across all platforms.
• Monitor inventory planning, stock movement, and open POs to ensure healthy availability.
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle escalations with marketplace account managers and resolve complex issues.
• Track sales performance, conversion, ROAS, and prepare detailed MIS and dashboards.
• Plan and execute promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, SLAs, and audit requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior executives or executives in daily operations.
• Drive process improvements to reduce cancellations, returns, and penalties.
