Job summary

CaratLane in Mumbai is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to oversee the entire order lifecycle from receipt to dispatch. You will ensure timely picking, packing and dispatch of daily e-commerce orders, while coordinating with courier partners and maintaining stock accuracy across platforms.

Utilize WMS and ERP systems to manage operations, conduct stock audits, handle returns, and generate KPI reports on orders and stock movement.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the entire order lifecycle, from receiving online orders to timely dispatch.
• Ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatch of all daily e-commerce orders as per SLA.
• Preparing necessary documentation like pick lists, packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels for FBA Dispatch
• Coordinating with courier partners for timely pickups and tracking updates.
• Monitoring and maintaining real-time stock accuracy across the warehouse and all online platforms.
• Conducting regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify mismatches or damages.
• Handling returns, Vendor Return, and reconciliation of inventory from various marketplaces for FBA/Marketplace.
• Utilizing technology to manage operations effectively.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.(BrownTape)
• Familiarity with online marketplace portals (e.g., Amazon Seller Panel, Tata Cliq,Nykaa,Myntra) to manage orders and updates.
• Using data analysis to prepare reports on orders, stock movement, and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Maintaining proper records and documentation for all inward and outward movement of goods.
