Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive – Digital Learning & LMS to manage LMS operations and develop engaging digital learning content in Mumbai. The role focuses on tracking learner engagement, MIS reporting, content digitization, and using AI tools to enhance learning materials, in collaboration with Regional Trainers and the Education & Talent Development team.

Strong proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel and instructional design will help drive effective employee learning

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevance in HR, education, or digital learning.
• Proficiency in LMS management and digital learning platforms.
• Experience with Canva and PowerPoint for content development.
• Strong Excel skills for MIS and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
• Understanding of instructional design and analytics.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.
• Industry experience in FMCG/Beauty/Retail/EdTech preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive – Digital Learning & LMS to manage LMS operations, create engaging digital learning content, track learner engagement and training completion, and prepare MIS reports and dashboards. The role also involves digitizing training materials, leveraging AI tools, and collaborating with Regional Trainers and the Education & Talent Development team to drive effective employee learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• LMS Management & Administration Manage day-to-day LMS operations including content upload, learner enrolment, course allocation, completion tracking and troubleshooting.
• Digital Learning Content Creation Develop engaging digital learning modules, product training, micro-learning content, assessments and training resources using Canva, PowerPoint, AI and relevant digital tools.
• Learning Analytics & MIS Track LMS completion, assessment scores, learner engagement and training effectiveness; prepare regular dashboards and reports for the E&T Development team.
• Content Digitization Convert classroom training content into easy-to-consume digital formats such as PDFs, videos, micro-learning modules and quizzes.
• Training Content Management Maintain the LMS content library, ensure content is updated regularly and manage content version control across training programs.
• Digital Learning Support Work closely with Regional Trainers and the E&T Development team to identify digital learning needs and provide content/support for business training initiatives.
• AI & Learning Innovation Leverage AI and emerging digital tools to improve the speed, quality and engagement of learning content creation.
• LMS Adoption & Engagement Drive LMS usage and completion across employees through communication, follow-ups and regular monitoring.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; preferably HR, Management, Education, Digital Learning or related field.
• Proficiency in LMS management and digital learning platforms.
• Experience in digital content development using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and video editing.
• Understanding of instructional design and learning analytics.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Retail, Consumer or EdTech industries preferred.
