The Manager / Sr. Manager - Digital Learning is responsible for the strategic administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and the development of compelling e-learning content. This role ensures effective and engaging training delivery across the organization by leveraging digital platforms and innovative learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• LMS Administration & Management
  • Strategically manage and maintain the LMS platform, ensuring smooth functionality and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Configure and customize LMS settings to meet organizational and channel-specific needs.
  • Monitor user activity, track progress, and generate detailed reports to measure platform usage and impact.
  • Administer content assignment and assessments based on user roles and training needs.
• eLearning Content Development
  • Create engaging and interactive e-learning modules using a variety of authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Design and develop storyboards for all e-learning content, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality, relevant content.
  • Ensure all e-learning content is aligned with organizational branding and standards.
• Digital Innovation & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and LMS to continuously enhance the digital learning experience.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and features to improve learning effectiveness and adoption.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted digital solutions.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in managing and administering LMS platforms (e.g., Disprz).
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• ID Certification is highly desirable.
