Job summary

Shrofile Technologies in Delhi NCR seeks a Manager Learning Content to lead design, governance, and delivery of digital learning assets for a large enterprise.

You will mentor instructional designers, shape content strategy, and collaborate with SMEs while adopting AI-enabled tools and modern authoring platforms to create scalable, business-aligned learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Certification in Instructional Design or Learning Technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and governance of digital learning content.
• Manage and mentor a team of Instructional Designers and Learning Content professionals.
• Define learning content roadmaps aligned with business capability and organizational priorities.
• Drive content creation, content curation, and continuous improvement of learning assets.
• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to translate business requirements into engaging learning experiences.
• Develop structured learning journeys, competency-based curricula, and role-based learning pathways.
• Oversee the creation of e-learning modules, storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments, videos, and digital learning assets.
• Ensure content quality, instructional design standards, accessibility, and learner engagement.
• Manage LMS/LXP platforms, content publishing, governance, analytics, and reporting.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered learning solutions and emerging learning technologies.
• Manage external content vendors, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly accomplished Manager Learning Content to lead the design, curation, and governance of digital learning content for a large enterprise. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, and Learning Experience Design, who have successfully managed teams and delivered large-scale learning initiatives.

The role will be responsible for driving learning content strategy, leading a team of instructional designers and content developers, collaborating with business stakeholders, and leveraging modern learning technologies and AI to create engaging, scalable, and business-aligned learning experiences.

Please Note: This is not a Training Delivery or Corporate Trainer role. We are specifically looking for professionals with hands‑on experience in Instructional Design, Learning Content Strategy, Content Curation, and Digital Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of e-learning modules, storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments, videos, and digital learning assets.
• Ensure content quality, instructional design standards, accessibility, and learner engagement.
• Manage LMS/LXP platforms, content publishing, governance, analytics, and reporting.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered learning solutions and emerging learning technologies.
• Manage external content vendors, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

Ideal Candidate

• 8–11 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Content Management, Digital Learning, or Learning Experience Design.
• Proven experience leading Instructional Design or Learning Content teams.
• Strong expertise in content strategy, content curation, and digital learning ecosystems.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, SCORM, LMS/LXP platforms, and modern authoring tools.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross‑functional teams.
• Exposure to AI-enabled learning tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Synthesia, Vyond AI) will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
