Job summary

Bean Hr Consulting in Govandi, Mumbai is seeking an Assistant Manager- L&D (LMS Admin & Content Development) to lead digital learning initiatives and manage LMS operations.

You will design AI-enabled learning experiences, convert SOPs into interactive modules, and collaborate with SMEs and leaders to deliver role-specific training at scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or multimedia content creation.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity).
• Proficiency in content creation platforms (Canva, Gamma, Beautiful.ai, Adobe Express) and video tools (Synthesia, HeyGen, Vyond).
• Experience with elearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360).

Responsibilities

• Develop elearning modules, microlearning videos, infographics, playbooks, and gamified learning activities using AI tools.
• Convert SOPs, policies, and product knowledge into learnerfriendly digital content.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Build scenariobased learning and simulations to improve knowledge retention.
• Maintain digital content libraries and version control.
• Refine learning assets based on analytics and learner feedback.
• Manage endtoend LMS operations including course creation, deployment, user assignments, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with SMEs, business leaders, and crossfunctional teams to design rolespecific learning solutions.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and develop trainer guides, participant manuals, and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Learning Content Creation
