Sun Pharma in Halol-II, Gujarat invites a Senior Executive with 5+ years of instrumentation and electrical maintenance experience. You will handle GMP documents, maintenance planning, and PLC-related upgrades in a challenging tablet plant environment.

Qualifications

• BE – Instrumentation & Electrical degree.
• 5+ years of experience in instrument/electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Engineering GMP documents.
• Break down/Preventive maintenance report.
• Incident and Investigation Documents.
• Validation Documents.
• QMS documents review and closing.
• Responsible for instrumentation and Electrical related tablet plant maintenance of Process and utility equipment.
• Identify areas for improvements to reduce the Break down time of equipments.
• Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, Production and Purchase).
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Project work related to up gradation of systems and equipments.
• Ensure availability of the spares and maintain inventory of critical spares having long delivery time.
• Handling of PLC upgradation and PLC Validation activity.
• Calibration activity completed as per schedule. Preparation of annual maintenance budget and ensure expenses are within budget.
• Ensure timely preparation and closing of QMS documents.
• To organize departmental training for improvement.
• Ensure GMP Documents are maintained as per SOP.
