Job summary

Sun Pharma Halol-I invites a Senior Executive to join our GMP-compliant production operations. The role emphasizes signing as both doer and verifier, preparing BMRs, change controls, CAPAs, and ensuring in‑process controls comply with cGMP standards.

You will lead documentation, EMS monitoring, daily production reporting, and train technicians for revised BMRs, maintaining batch release quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Authorized to sign as a doer and verifier in Batch Manufacturing Records and related logs.
• Authorized to sign as a checker/verifier in finished product logbooks.
• Prepare new BMRs and revise existing BMRs within deadlines.
• Assist in Change Control, CAPA and New Equipment preparation.
• Handle corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance of in-process control instructions (BMR, MBMR).
• Prepare and update SOPs, BMRs, log books and protocols; train personnel.
• Monitor Environmental Monitoring System (EMS).
• Maintain daily production reports and machine utilization.
• Learn EMS; review daily reports and take actions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Authorized to sign as a doer and verifier in:

• Batch Manufacturing Record, BMR Requisition, BMR Issuance Logbook.
• Protocols, Risk Assessment.

1. Authorized to sign as a checker/verifier in following document,

• Finished product logbook etc.

1. To prepare new BMR, revise BMRs within time.
2. To assist in preparation of Change Control, Corrective Action Plan & New Equipment's preparation.
3. Handling of corrective and preventive action.
4. To ensure the compliance of various in-process control instructions provided in BMR, MBMR.
5. Preparation and updation of SOPs, BMRs, Log books, protocols and compliance thereof with training of people on the same.
6. Handling and monitoring of Environmental monitoring system (EMS) system.
7. To maintain daily production report, machine utilization on day to day basis.
8. To learn EMS, review the report on daily basis. (Action, alert limit, breakdown maintenance).
9. Training to all technician & supervisor for new BMRs and revised BMRs to comply with the GMP.
10. To prepare process performance qualification/process validation protocols, study protocols.
11. To prepare failure mode effect analysis, risk assessment for product/process.
12. To undergo functional training, cGMP training or any other training identified as per schedule.
13. Any other responsibility assigned by department head after ensuring the relevant training status.
