Sun Pharma Halol site invites applications for Technician /MA in Sun Global Operations. The role focuses on maintaining Parenteral Process equipment, executing preventive maintenance, and ensuring GMP-compliant documentation.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering within a GMP environment. Join us to contribute to reliable operations and ongoing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Authorize to sign (as a doer) engineering GMP documents
• Engineering GMP documents
• Break down Maintenance Memo
• Preventive maintenance check list and history card
• Responsible for breakdowns and maintenance of Parenteral Process equipment
• PM to be done as per Preventive Maintenance schedule and update PM checklist/history card
• Coordinate effectively with inter departments (QA, Production)
• Handling of modification related activity
• Project work related to upgrading of systems and equipment
• Handling of Modification related activity
• Ensure GMP documents are maintained as per SOP

Key Responsibilities

• As per Preventive Maintenance schedule PM to be done and update the PM check list and History card.

• Handling of Modification related activity.
• Ensure GMP Documents are maintained as per SOP.
