Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive in Halol-II. The role involves maintenance of instrumentation and electrical systems for the Process and utility equipment, with a focus on reducing equipment breakdowns and coordinating with QA, Production and Purchase.

Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience and will handle calibration, PLC upgrades, QMS document management, and budget adherence within GMP SOP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Break down/Preventive maintenance report.
• Incident and Investigation Documents.
• Validation Documents.
• QMS documents review and closing.
• Responsible for instrumentation and Electrical related tablet plant maintenance of Process and utility equipment.
• Identify areas for improvements to reduce breakdown time of equipment.
• Coordinate with inter departments (QA, Production and Purchase).
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Project work related to upgradation of systems and equipments.
• Ensure availability of spares and maintain inventory of critical spares with long delivery times.
• Handling of PLC upgradation and PLC Validation activity.
• Calibration activity completed as per schedule. Preparation of annual maintenance budget and ensure expenses are within budget.
• Ensure timely preparation and closing of QMS documents.
• Ensure GMP Documents are maintained as per SOP.
