Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in Halol is seeking a Management Associate to support maintenance management of the Tablet plant, coordinate with QA, QE, Production and Purchase, and ensure the availability of spare parts for critical equipment.

You will participate in qualification activities, manage QMS documents, and monitor the BMS system, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relevant pharmaceutical/ manufacturing roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of Tablet plant.
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, QE, Production and Purchase).
• Ensure availability of the spares of critical equipments.
• Ensure departmental participation in Qualification activity and approval of Qualification documents.
• Handling and monitoring of BMS System.
• Participate in Technical Investigations.
• Timely initiate and closing of QMS Documents.
• Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP.
• Person is also responsible for carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time verbally or in writing.
