• Coordinate administrative support for marine operations, vessel movements, and berth activities.
• Liaise with Marine Operations, Port Authorities, Customs, Immigration, and other regulatory agencies.
• Maintain records related to vessel movements and manpower.
• Coordinate accommodation, transport, and welfare support for marine crews.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and deployment processes.
• Maintain employee records, manpower databases, attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
• Prepare payroll inputs, overtime details, and manpower reports.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Manage contractor workforce documentation and statutory compliance
• Handle employee grievances and coordinate disciplinary actions as per company policies.
• Conduct employee engagement, welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary proceedings.

Marine, Jetty & Berth Support Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative support for marine operations, vessel movements, and berth activities.
• Liaise with Marine Operations, Port Authorities, Customs, Immigration, and other regulatory agencies as required.
• Maintain records related to vessel arrivals, departures, berthing schedules, and operational manpower.
• Coordinate accommodation, transport, and welfare support for marine crews and operational teams.
• Assist operational teams during vessel loading, unloading, berthing, and marine emergency situations.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 5 - 8+ Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.

Industry Experience: Ports, Marine Terminals, Shipping, Logistics, or Industrial Operations preferred.

Location: Kadmat - Lakshadweep
