Job summary

VSL Marine Technology in Mumbai is seeking a Junior HR Recruiter to manage recruitment for sea-going and shore-based positions. You will source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate with HR and Operations teams to ensure timely hires.

This entry-level role offers exposure to maritime staffing and a collaborative team environment. A UG degree with an MBA/PGDM in HR/IR is preferred, and internship experience is a plus. Knowledge of Indian recruitment practices and compliance is helpful.

Qualifications

• UG degree in HR/commerce or business (B.Com in HR, Any Graduate, BBA/BMS, LLB) requirement.
• PG degree in HR/IR (MBA/PGDM) preferred.
