Job summary

The role focuses on building an effective service network, improving NPS, and leading a team of service professionals through coaching and development to ensure regional objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the regional service strategies to achieve the organizational objectives and oversee the effective management of service operations as per the defined SOPs.
• Support the business operations through an optimum after sales service network (backbone of the sales function) in the region and partner with the sales staff across business line and distributions channels
• Maintain the NPS of the region and enhance customer satisfaction & business profitability through excellence in after sales service
• Lead a team of service professionals and be accountable for their all-round development and career growth
