Job summary

Cloud4C Services is seeking a skilled network engineer to manage enterprise network infrastructure in Hyderabad. The role requires hands-on expertise across routing & switching, firewalls, and load balancers, with experience in large-scale environments.

The position involves troubleshooting, design participation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, while ensuring SLA adherence and robust documentation. Strong communication and mentorship abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancers
• Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting and escalation handling for complex network incidents
• Participate in network design, implementation, and optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to resolve network issues
• Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and incident management processes
• Maintain proper technical documentation and knowledge base updates
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

About the Role

Primary Skills

Routing & Switching:-

• Advanced understanding of enterprise L2/L3 networking
• Experience managing large-scale network environments

Firewalls:-

• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint

Load Balancers:-

• Experience with F5, A10, Citrix NetScaler or similar technologies

Responsibilities:
