We are seeking an experienced Network & Security Team Lead (L3 Engineer) to manage and support enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, security implementation, team leadership, and ensuring high availability and protection of organizational IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments. Configure and troubleshoot routing & switching technologies. Monitor network performance and ensure high availability. Perform capacity planning and optimization.
• Security Management: Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and access controls. Implement and enforce security policies. Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits. Monitor and respond to cyber security incidents. Ensure secure remote connectivity and data protection.
• Provide team leadership and technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in network and security engineering.
• Strong expertise in TCP/IP, VLANs, and Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP).
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Firewall Management (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or Sophos).
• Proficiency in VPN (Site-to-Site & Remote Access).

Preferred Qualifications:
