Job Summary
We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Network Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have worked as a Network Engineer for an IT infrastructure service provider or IT solutions integration company in the past. The candidate is expected to understand customer requirements and pain areas through call, email, or meeting, develop an innovative Network/Network Security solution, conduct onsite or remote POC, and pitch to different customers as required. After acceptance, the candidate should implement the plan, train the client team, coordinate with the client, build or polish documentation, and hand over the setup. The candidate should also train internal team members, grow the internal knowledge base, and lead the Network Practice for the company. In simplest terms, imagine visiting one of 600+ customers when a customer is facing a problem they cannot resolve internally: understand the problem, pitch a solution, implement it, and move on to the next problem. You will encounter different problems, devices, and architectures at each client, providing unparalleled learning and growth with fellow passionate team members.
