Job summary

Johnson Controls in Hyderabad seeks a skilled HVAC service engineer to support AMC and warranty customers with hands-on field experience in chillers and electrical/mechanical systems. Diploma/B.Tech holders with 3–8 years in HVAC&R service are preferred.

You will ensure RT/TAT and PM adherence, perform compressor overhauls, and lead a team of engineers/technicians at customer sites while driving service quality, cost control and revenue through PSA/L&M initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech with 3–8 years of HVAC&R service experience.
• Hands-on field experience with chillers (electrical and mechanical).
• Knowledge of RT/TAT, PM adherence and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide service support for HVAC AMC and warranty customers.
• Hands-on field service on HVAC chillers, electrical and mechanical.
• Maintain RT/TAT, PM adherence and FTR to reduce costs.
• Achieve customer satisfaction leading to appreciation letters.
• Respond to breakdown calls; compressor overhauls and high-skill jobs in Hyderabad.
• Implement predictive analyses and new service offerings.
• Timely LNM execution to generate revenue.
• Monitor and coach teams including associates/third parties.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Improve RT/TAT and PM adherence to boost satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with key influencers to generate PSA/L&M revenues.
• Stay updated on screw and centrifugal chillers technology.
• Manage engineers and technicians to resolve site issues.
