Job summary

Johnson Controls in Hyderabad seeks a skilled HVAC service professional with 8+ years of field experience in HVAC&R maintenance and service. You will render service for AMC and warranty customers, perform hands-on field service on chillers, manage a team of engineers and technicians, and drive revenue through proactive maintenance and rapid issue resolution.

The role requires electrical knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with third-party teams to meet RT/TAT goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Diploma engineers with HVAC&R service exposure.
• Hands-on experience with screw and centrifugal chillers.
• Strong electrical knowledge and fault diagnosis abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS-Office and reporting.
• Ability to manage and coordinate engineers/technicians.
• Willingness to work in Hyderabad and meet service targets.

Responsibilities

• Render service support for HVAC AMC and warranty customers.
• Hands-on field service for HVAC chillers (electrical & mechanical).
• Maintain RT/TAT, PM adherence & FTR to reduce costs.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and secure appreciation letters.
• Handle breakdown calls and high-skill compressor work in Hyderabad.
• Implement predictive maintenance and new service offerings.
• Timely LNM execution for revenue generation.
• Monitor and guide team via associates/third party vendors.
• Be self-motivated and take initiative.
• Improve RT/TAT and PM adherence to satisfy customers.
• Maintain relationships with key influencers to generate PSA/L&M revenue.
• Stay updated on new chiller technologies (screw, centrifugal).
• Manage engineers/technicians to resolve field issues.

To meet the AMC & Service operations requirements in HVAC Field experience.

B. primary DUTIES:

• 1. To Render service support for HVAC AMC and Warranty customers and satisfying their needs
• 2. Mandatory required Hands on experience fields service on HVAC chillers electrical and mechanical
• 3. Maintaining RT/TAT, PM adherence & FTR to achieve cost reduction
• 4. Attaining Appreciation letters towards customer satisfaction
• 5. Breakdown calls, compressor overhauling / hi-skill jobs for Hyderabad
• 6. Implementing Predictive analysis and new service
• 7. Timely LNM execution for revenue generation
• 8. Monitor and groom team working through associates/third party
• 9. Has to be a self-motivated person and should take initiatives
• 10. Achieving customer satisfaction by improving RT/TAT& PM adherence
• 11. Maintaining relationships with key influencers / decision-makers with customer organizations to generate revenues through PSA/L&M
• 12. Constant up gradation of new technologies to chiller system knowledge like screw and centrifugal chillers
• 13. Managing team of engineers & Technicians working under and supporting on technical aspects to resolve the customer quarry / issues at sites

C. Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience

• 1. B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma (Engineering)
• 2. 8+ Min experience in HVAC&R industry with service profile
• 3. Knowledge & Hands on experience in Screw, Centrifugal chillers
