Job summary

Johnson Controls in Hyderabad seeks an experienced HVAC service professional to support AMC and warranty customers with hands-on field service for chillers and related electrical/mechanical systems.

The candidate will ensure RT/TAT adherence, lead a team of engineers/technicians, and drive revenue through proactive service and preventive maintenance. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech required and relevant HVAC&R service experience.
• 3–8 years minimum experience in HVAC&R service.
• Hands-on experience with screw and centrifugal chillers.
• Knowledge of electrical systems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Office.
• Ability to manage a team of engineers/technicians.

Responsibilities

• Render service support for HVAC AMC and Warranty customers and satisfy their needs.
• Hands-on field service on HVAC chillers electrical and mechanical.
• Maintain RT/TAT, PM adherence and FTR to achieve cost reduction.
• Attain appreciation letters towards customer satisfaction.
• Handle breakdown calls, compressor overhauling and high-skill jobs for Hyderabad.
• Implement predictive analysis and new service.
• Timely LNM execution for revenue generation.
• Monitor and groom team working through associates/third party.
• Be self-motivated and take initiatives.
• Improve RT/TAT and PM adherence to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with key influencers/decision-makers to generate revenues.
• Stay updated with new technologies in chiller systems (screw and centrifugal).
• Manage a team of engineers/technicians on site to resolve customer issues.

• 1. To Render service support for HVAC AMC and Warranty customers and satisfying their needs

• 13. Managing team of engineers & Technicians working under and supporting on technical aspects to resolve the customer quarry / issues at sites

C. Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience

• 1. Diploma/ B.Tech
• 2. 3-8 Min experience in HVAC&R industry with service profile
• 3. Knowledge & Hands on experience in Screw, Centrifugal chillers
• 4. Knowledge of Electrical
• 5. Good communication and Presentation Skills
• 6. Knowledge of MS-Office
• 7. Skill to manage the team of Engineers /Technicians
