Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HVAC service operations including preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and AMC execution.
• Lead and supervise a service engineers/technicians team for timely issue resolution.
• Monitor KPIs, response time, service quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure safety standards, policies, and regulations compliance.
• Drive service revenue through AMC renewals and parts sales.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for service delivery.
• Review technical reports and maintenance schedules.
• Support escalations with effective technical solutions.
• Optimize manpower and resources usage; conduct performance reviews and training.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV Systems, Package Units, and HVAC Controls.
• Experience in handling customer relationships and service teams.
• Good understanding of AMC management and service contract execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Service Management tools.
