• Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism.
• Meet and maintain individual and team performance metrics, including quality standards, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of complex customer issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company processes and compliance standards.

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working 2 Days off

Shifts: UK Shift US Shift Australian Shift

Age Criteria: Candidates up to 38 years are preferred. However, applicants up to 40 years may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional English communication skills.
