About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complete order coordination from receipt to final dispatch, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the production team while maintaining accuracy in pricing, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Order Management & Coordination
  • Handle complete order processing from order receipt to final dispatch.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Track order status and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.
  • Ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination (Production, QC, Dispatch, Accounts).
• 2. Client Communication & Relationship Management
  • Regular follow-up with customers regarding approvals, delivery timelines, and updates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to orders and pricing.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with domestic/international clients.
• 3. Pricing & Costing
  • Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and cost calculations as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate with production and costing teams for accurate pricing inputs.
  • Ensure proper margin management and cost control awareness.
• 4. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, and client communication.
  • Prepare MIS reports related to order status, dispatch schedules, and pending approvals.
  • Ensure proper documentation for dispatch and compliance purposes.
• 5. Production Follow-Up
  • Monitor daily production progress against commitments.
  • Ensure on-time delivery targets are met.
  • Support smooth dispatch and shipment documentation processes.

Key Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of jewellery production processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and documentation work.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of order tracking systems or ERP software.
• Basic understanding of costing and margin calculations.
• Experience handling B2B clients in jewellery manufacturing.
