Job Responsibilities

• Handle order raising, pricing (manually using Advanced Excel), and order processing efficiently
• Manage end-to-end order coordination including follow-ups with internal teams and clients
• Prepare and manage shipment building, documentation, and release processes
• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate data and reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports, etc.)
• Work on EMR software for order tracking and updates
• Handle export market clients and ensure smooth communication and servicing
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or issues

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Jewellery Sales (Export Market preferred)
• Strong knowledge of order management, pricing, and coordination
