Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. invites graduates with 1 year in lending/financial services to join our branch operations in Kakinada. You will promote products, cross-sell services, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring smooth transaction handling and data accuracy.

Role focuses on driving growth, adherence to processes, and contributing to the branch's profitability through effective customer engagement and referrals.

Formación

• Graduate with knowledge of lending/financial services is preferred.
• Strong cross-selling and upselling abilities.
• Excellent communication in local language and English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality of business and operational efficiency through proper process adherence.
• Promote products and services; consistently cross-sell and upsell at every opportunity.
• Maintain positive relations with customers and referrals to drive acquisition and branch profitability.
• Handle day-to-day transactions and valuables; maintain data/records of daily transactions.
• Contribute to promotional activities and referral programs for customer growth.

• To ensure quality of business and operational e?ciency through proper process adherence and facilitate smooth functioning of branches.
• Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers, and potential customers
• Achieve desired level of productivity to meet & contribution towards branch profitability targets.
• Promotes the products and services; consistently cross-sells and Up-sells products at every opportunity.
• Conduct promotional activities for marketing and drive referral programs for customer acquisition
• Responsible to handle day to day transactions and valuables.
• Maintain all data and records related to daily transactions
• Retain customers, by working towards achieving the higher purpose to transform the life of the common man by improving their financial well being
