Job summary

Suroskie is seeking a Senior Content & Script Writer to create high-converting scripts for Meta Ads, UGC, and Instagram Reels. You’ll craft hooks, variations, and concepts that drive engagement and purchases, leveraging consumer psychology and product USPs.

You will collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to iterate on scripts based on metrics like CTR, retention, CPA, and ROAS while staying ahead of trends in the D2C beauty/skincare/FMCG space.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in content/script writing, copywriting or creative strategy.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, UGC and Reels.
• Excellent Hinglish + English writing skills.
• Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling and consumer psychology.
• Experience in D2C / Beauty / Skincare / FMCG preferred.
• Portfolio of Meta/UGC scripts is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Turn product USPs, ingredients and consumer pain points into strong creative concepts and scripts.
• Work with the Performance Marketing team to understand creative performance and continuously iterate scripts based on CTR, retention, CPA, ROAS, etc.
• Develop multiple creative angles for product launches, campaigns and offers.
