Job summary

Skyleaf Consultants seeks an Assistant Manager and Sr. Manager Content Performance Marketing to drive performance-led content for Meta and Google campaigns, craft hooks and CTAs, and produce varied ad formats for testing across Reels, videos, carousels and static ads.

You will analyze CTR, CPC, engagement and ROAS, translate product features into conversion-focused messages, and collaborate with multiple teams on launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content/copywriting/digital marketing/performance content.
• Hands-on experience with Meta and Google advertising content.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience writing hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs and ad copies.
• Understanding of how content impacts CTR, engagement and conversion.
• D2C/e-commerce experience preferred.
• Beauty/luxury/personal care/fashion/lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
