Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking an experienced L&D leader to drive the organization's learning strategy and capabilities. You will align learning initiatives with business goals, conduct needs analyses, and design interventions to build employee performance across a large workforce.

You will plan, execute, and monitor programs, track impact with analytics and ROI, and mentor a growing L&D team while partnering with leaders and external partners to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 8-9 years of overall experience in Learning & Development.
• Strong expertise in TNA, Learning Program Management, Learning Analytics, and ROI Measurement.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale training initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MIS, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing vendors, trainers, and external learning partners.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive learning outcomes in a dynamic business environment.
