Seventy Event Media Group is seeking an experienced events leader to oversee planning, management, and execution of a wide range of events including media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals, and special events.

The role requires a graduate or MBA with 8+ years in the event industry, strong client handling, budgeting, and team coordination skills to deliver high-quality experiences on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills are required to plan and execute complex events.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects within timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of client requirements and translating briefs to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project execution within timeline and budget.
• Schedule resources internal and external per event specifications.
• Maintain quality control of external resources and internal production elements.
• Prepare project checklists and timelines and oversee planning progress.
• Oversee budgeting with the production manager for each project.
• Manage key accounts through target achievement and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the creative team on ideation to meet client needs.
• Capably manage small to medium events independently and lead a team.

The Job: Being the face of the company and being responsible for planning, managing, and executing a wide variety of events ranging from media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals and special events.

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Masters in Event Management or MBA

Work Experience: 8+ years in the event industry.

The Job Responsibility:

• In-depth understanding of the client requirement and clear translation of the brief to the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for successful execution of the project within timeline and budget.
• Resource scheduling- internal and external as per event specifications.
• Ensuring quality control of external resources- manpower, event-specific collaterals, event production, etc, and internal resources.
• Preparing project checklists and timelines and overseeing planning module progress for smooth execution of the event.
• Oversee budgeting process with the respective production manager for the project.
• Successful account management of key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation to projects.
• Working closely with the creative team in terms of ideation and coming up with ideas as per the client’s requirement.
• Ability to manage small to medium size events on one’s own as well as be able to direct a team.
