Job summary

Seventy Event Media Group in Mumbai seeks an experienced events professional to lead planning, management, and execution of diverse events, from media drives to festivals.

You will translate client briefs to internal teams, ensure on-time delivery within budget, schedule resources, and collaborate with the creative team for client-driven ideas. This role involves directing a team for small to mid-size events to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Graduate or master's degree in Event Management or MBA.
• 8+ years of experience in the event industry.

Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of the client requirement and clear translation of the brief to the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for successful execution of the project within timeline and budget.
• Resource scheduling- internal and external as per event specifications.
• Ensuring quality control of external resources- manpower, event-specific collaterals, event production, etc, and internal resources.
• Preparing project checklists and timelines and overseeing planning module progress for smooth execution of the event.
• Oversee budgeting process with the respective production manager for the project.
• Successful account management of key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation to projects.
• Working closely with the creative team in terms of ideation and coming up with ideas as per the client’s requirement.
• Ability to manage small to medium size events on one’s own as well as be able to direct a team.
