Job summary

• Qualification as BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 7–8 years of relevant civil construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute civil construction activities per approved project schedules.
• Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare work plans, execution schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and other departments.
• Ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify delays and take corrective action to maintain timelines.
• Supervise RCC, PCC, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing.
• Inspect ongoing work for compliance with approved methodologies and workmanship.
• Study and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings; ensure latest drawings at site.
• Communicate technical requirements to contractors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Supervise all civil construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor RCC, PCC, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Ensure proper execution of excavation, earthwork, backfilling, and external development works.
• Inspect ongoing work and ensure compliance with approved methodologies.
• Check workmanship and ensure construction is carried out as per required standards.

3. Drawing & Technical Coordination

• Study and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants for drawing clarifications and revisions.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
• Ensure the latest approved drawings are available at the site.
• Prepare and communicate technical requirements to contractors and site teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience

7 to 8 years of relevant experience in civil construction, real estate, infrastructure, residential/commercial projects, or large-scale construction projects.
