Job summary

Skyline Vision Mumbai seeks a seasoned Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in real estate or construction projects to lead on-site activities, supervise substructure and superstructure works, and ensure alignment with drawings and project timelines.

You will coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, and internal teams, manage materials and ERP/PMS data, and help prepare weekly plans to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
• Hands-on execution experience in residential or commercial developments.
• Strong exposure to substructure and superstructure construction.
• Experience in contractor management, site coordination, and quality control.
• Proficiency in ERP and Project Management Systems (PMS) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Monitor daily site progress and ensure project milestones are achieved within the stipulated timelines.
• Identify execution challenges and proactively recommend solutions to minimize delays.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, site supervisors, and labour teams to ensure efficient site operations.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and internal departments for seamless project execution.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower to avoid work disruptions.
• Participate in regular site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly work plans.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and highlight deviations.
• Support the Project Manager in achieving project timelines and deliverables.
• Update daily construction progress, resource utilization, material consumption, and work completion status in ERP/PMS.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation within the system.
• Generate progress reports and MIS for review by senior management.

Experience

• Experience in contractor management, site coordination, and quality control.
• Proficiency in ERP and Project Management Systems (PMS) is mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in ERP software and Project Management Systems (PMS).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of quality assurance, safety standards, and construction regulations.
