Role & responsibilities

Site Supervision , Execution & Coordination, Quality Control, Material & Labour Management Measurements & Billing, Site Documentation, Consultant & Client Coordination

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Arch in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, PEB, RCC, Structural Steel, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good experience in contractor coordination, site supervision, measurements and billing, etc.
• Capable of independently monitoring quality, progress, labour and material requirements, etc.
• Good understanding of BOQ, quantities and estimation.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of MS Office preferred.
• Should be site-oriented, responsible and capable of handling day-to-day site activities independently.
• Candidates with experience in industrial, commercial, institutional, etc. projects will be preferred.
