Job summary

PEOPLE FORCE CONSULTING INC is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to handle end-to-end IT staffing. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating with account managers, and deploying talent to clients across various IT technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical recruitment, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with ATS systems, job boards, and social media sourcing.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience in IT/tech roles.
• Experience across multiple IT technologies and client requirements.
• Proven ability to source and deploy candidates to clients.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of visa/work permit requirements (Citizens, PR, Work permit holders).
• Experience with vendor-based and VMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify target accounts and skills.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients.
• Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and close offers.
• Document contract employees in ATS and other systems.
• Create/update job descriptions and specifications.
• Build networks and candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Maintain vendor relationships and candidate referrals.
• Communicate effectively with teams to enable productive work.

Work hours – EST times (9.00 AM - 6.00 PM EST)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle i.e., sourcing qualified candidates to deploying selected candidates with the clients.
• 2 to 8 years of hands on experience in end to end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
• Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to staff clients' requirements.
• Develop recruiting strategies and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
• Negotiate rates and other terms and conditions of the position with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
• Provide accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Permanent Residents, Work permit holders, (T4, IC & Corp to Corp)
• Experience working on Implementation partner, Vendor based and VMS requirements
• Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
• Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
• Maintain vendor relationships to get candidate referrals and leads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Communicate effectively with teams in order to create a productive work environment.
• Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting "best practices"
