Hotel Acquisition & Partner Management

• Identify, onboard, and sign up new hotel partners across the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing hotel partners.
• Conduct regular hotel visits for onboarding, negotiations, business reviews, and issue resolution.
• Take end-to-end ownership of your hotel portfolio and partnership targets.

Revenue & Portfolio Growth

• Drive Revenue per Room (RevR) growth and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies to grow revenue and improve partner performance.
• Optimize room availability, inventory, and pricing across your portfolio.
• Monitor price parity and rate competitiveness across OTA platforms, and course-correct where needed.

Market & Data Analysis

• Analyze hotel production, revenue, inventory, pricing, demand, and market trends to spot growth opportunities.
• Maintain sales trackers and MIS reports; use market insights to plan geography- and partner-wise strategy.
• Share actionable performance insights with hotel partners and internal stakeholders.

Business Development & Negotiation

• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closures with hotel partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships for incremental revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, operations, and issue resolution.
