The Senior Associate - Certification Systems will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting critical Certification Systems and environments to ensure seamless execution of certification, testing, onboarding, and operational activities across various payment products and platforms. The role requires ownership of certification environments, ensuring their availability, stability, performance, and security while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end deployment management, including application releases, configuration changes, upgrades, patch implementation, and environment readiness activities. The individual will proactively monitor system health, performance metrics, service availability, and capacity utilization to identify potential issues and take preventive actions before they impact business operations.A key aspect of the role involves troubleshooting complex application, infrastructure, database, network, certificate, and connectivity‑related issues. The candidate will be expected to drive incident management activities, perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective and preventive measures, and continuously improve the reliability of certification systems. The role also requires strong technical expertise in Linux-based environments, databases, middleware components, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications.The Senior Associate will work closely with banks, participants, vendors, partners, and internal cross‑functional teams including Infrastructure, Information Security, Network, Product, and Application Support teams to ensure smooth execution of certification activities and timely resolution of technical issues. Effective stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills are critical to successfully managing dependencies, escalations, and operational challenges.The role will actively contribute to automation and process optimization initiatives by leveraging scripting, AI‑assisted tools, monitoring platforms, and workflow automation solutions. The objective is to reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, enhance service reliability, and strengthen overall user experience. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge repositories, dashboards, and management reports.Additionally, the candidate will support audit and compliance requirements, vulnerability remediation activities, disaster recovery exercises, and business continuity initiatives while ensuring adherence to organizational policies, security standards, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and sound knowledge of the Banking, Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services ecosystem. The individual should be capable of independently managing critical certification environments and driving continuous improvements in system stability, operational efficiency, automation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
