Attero Recycling Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks an experienced HR Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead blue-collar and frontline hiring for its Pune plants.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, build robust candidate pipelines, and partner closely with plant HR and hiring managers to understand manpower priorities and fill openings on time. Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting blue-collar, frontline, manufacturing & industrial roles.
• Strong sourcing across portals, referrals, social networks; hands-on volume hiring.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
• Experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and local sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, frontline, manufacturing, and industrial positions.
• Manage volume hiring requirements for plant and operational manpower.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, local sourcing, social media.
• Conduct Boolean searches and keyword-based sourcing to identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary, shift requirements, and job suitability.
• Handle recruitment for operators, technicians, helpers, warehouse manpower, production staff, maintenance staff.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, plant HR, and stakeholders to understand manpower needs and priorities.
• Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain regular candidate engagement and follow-ups throughout the process.
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, selection, offers, documentation, and joining.
• Drive offer-to-join conversion and timely onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly reports.
• Work on multiple positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
• Develop local talent pools and explore new sourcing channels for blue-collar manpower.
• Coordinate with recruitment vendors for volume hiring.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as sourcing, screening, interview conversion, selection, offer, and joining.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition professional with 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from manufacturing, industrial, logistics, warehousing, recycling, or similar sectors.

The candidate will be responsible for blue‑collar, frontline, manufacturing, and industrial hiring for the Pune location. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, hands‑on experience in volume hiring, candidate engagement, and the ability to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar, frontline, manufacturing, and industrial positions.
• Manage volume hiring requirements for plant and operational manpower.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, local sourcing, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct effective Boolean searches and keyword‑based sourcing to identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, location, salary, shift requirements, and job suitability.
• Handle recruitment for various blue‑collar and manufacturing positions, including operators, technicians, helpers, warehouse manpower, production staff, maintenance staff, and other plant‑level roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, plant HR, and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain regular candidate engagement and follow‑ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate the complete recruitment process from sourcing and screening to selection, offer, documentation, and joining.
• Drive offer‑to‑join conversion and ensure candidates join within the required timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Work on multiple positions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of open requirements.
• Develop local talent pools and explore new sourcing channels for blue‑collar and industrial manpower.
• Coordinate with recruitment vendors/consultants wherever required for volume hiring.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as sourcing, screening, interview conversion, selection, offer, and joining.

Preferred Experiencestake

Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Recycling, Automotive, FMCG, Logistics, Warehousing, E‑commerce, Engineering, or other plant‑based industries will be preferred.
