Job summary

Mettler Toledo in Mumbai is seeking a Finance Associate to support expense management and employee reimbursements. You will review submitted expense reports, identify discrepancies, answer queries, and prepare daily and monthly MIS for stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to global teams, a collaborative environment, and opportunities for learning and growth, with a focus on Concur-based travel and reimbursement processes.

Qualifications

• B. Com or M Com degree required.
• 4–6 years experience in Concur travel and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Review expense reports submitted by employees as per the company policy.
• Identify discrepancies with expense reports and communicate the same to employee.
• Handling queries/questions received from employees relating to the expense report.
• Generating daily/monthly MIS and sharing with stakeholders.
• Follow-up with employees for travel advances.
• Handling high volume of Concur expense during month end.
