Responsibilities

• Management of the Concur System: Oversee the entry and management of expense reports through the Concur system, ensuring the process is efficient and compliant with company policies.
• Use of IT Tools: Demonstrate familiarity with various IT tools to optimize daily operations and enhance process efficiency.
• Creation of Queries for Reporting: Develop and implement queries to extract meaningful data and generate reports useful for analysis and strategic decision‑making.
• Management of External Vendors and Internal Groups: Coordinate and manage external and internal stakeholder vendors and internal groups for project execution, ensuring objectives are met within the planned time and budget.

Qualifications

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in IT/Computer Science; Certification in Concur.

Experience: 6‑10 years.

• Proficiency In Concur System – Deep understanding of the Concur platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices for expense management. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions to users.
• Strong IT Skills – Expertise in using various IT tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Capability to adapt to new technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
• Data Extraction And Reporting – Skilled in using reporting tools to extract valuable data insights; Knowledge/Experience of Power BI would be a PLUS. Experience in creating detailed reports that facilitate informed decision‑making.
• Vendor Management And Project Coordination – Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and coordinating projects successfully. Strong negotiation and communication skills to ensure project objectives are met.
